What kind of wax do you use in your candles?
At Yummi Candles, we use a premium, eco-friendly soy wax blend that is non-toxic and biodegradable. This ensures a cleaner, longer burn compared to traditional paraffin candles.
How can I prevent my candle from tunneling?
To prevent tunneling, always allow the wax to melt all the way to the edge of the glass during your first burn. This usually takes 2-3 hours and sets the 'memory' for future burns.
What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer flat-rate shipping of $5.99 on all domestic orders, with free shipping on orders over $50. Orders are typically processed within 2 business days and arrive within 3-5 days via standard shipping.
Do you offer returns if I don't like the scent?
Yes, we want you to love your home fragrance. If you are unsatisfied with a scent, you can return unlit candles within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
Are your fragrance oils safe for pets?
Our candles are formulated with high-quality, phthalate-free fragrance oils. While they are generally safe for homes with pets, we always recommend burning them in well-ventilated areas and keeping them out of reach of animals.
Can I reuse the candle jars after the wax is gone?
Absolutely! Once 1/2 inch of wax remains, stop burning and clean the jar with warm, soapy water. Our jars are designed to be repurposed as planters, pencil holders, or storage containers.
