Returns & Exchanges at Yummi Candles

We want you to be completely satisfied with your glow; if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for safety and quality reasons, candles that have been lit or damaged after receipt cannot be accepted for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the unused candles in their original box with all protective padding to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
